Work Mode: Full- Time (Onsite)

Compensation
Salary: ₦130,000 – ₦160,000 (Negotiable), plus performance-based commission on closed deals with strong earning potential for high performers.

SafeBox Solutions is seeking a driven and capable Sales Personnel to join our team in Benin City. We're looking for someone who doesn't just generate interest but consistently converts it. A professional who can build genuine client relationships and close deals with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and convert new sales opportunities

• Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to signed deal

• Build and sustain strong, long-term client relationships

• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets

• Prepare and deliver clear, persuasive sales presentations and proposals

• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline performance

Requirements

• BSc/HND in a relevant field

• Proven sales experience with a demonstrable record of closing deals

• Experience working in the energy or logistics sectors is an advantage

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Must currently reside in Benin City (non-negotiable)

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure
