The Sales Operations Manager serves as a key business partner responsible for driving commercial performance, sales operational effectiveness, and order book integrity across the Work Group portfolio. The position partners with Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, Credit, Customer Service, and the Distribution Centers to ensure seamless execution from order placement through customer delivery.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, results driven self starter who challenges the status quo, balances competing priorities, and has high attention to detail.

Primary Duties:

  • Drive sales operational effectiveness by partnering with commercial and operational teams to ensure efficient order management, customer fulfillment, and revenue realization.

  • Support forecasting, revenue tracking, and business planning activities through data analysis and performance reporting.

  • Serve as a key liaison between Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Credit, and Distribution Centers to resolve operational issues and support business priorities.

  • Facilitate alignment with sales management to ensure timely execution of customer commitments and achievement of revenue objectives.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement, including but not limited to bi-annual reviews of account assignments and streamlining processes.

  • Manage order book health, backlog integrity, and shipment performance, proactively identifying risks and recommending solutions to support business objectives.

  • Perform additional duties and ad‑hoc analyses as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Planning, Finance, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or related business functions.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.

  • Working knowledge of AI-enabled tools, automation technologies, and digital solutions that support operational efficiency and decision-making.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and sound business judgment.

Working Conditions:

Normal office environment.
