About the Role:

CodaBow is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to lead and optimize our sales operations while driving growth across both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) channels.

This position serves as a key leader within the organization, overseeing sales processes, customer experience, dealer relationships, reporting, forecasting, and team development. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of improving systems and processes while developing a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional results.

A Day in the Life:

You will spend time developing sales strategies, refining processes, coaching team members, monitoring customer satisfaction, and ensuring the organization has accurate, actionable data to make informed decisions. Throughout the year, you'll represent CodaBow at trade shows, dealer meetings, and industry events while helping shape the future growth of the business.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and optimize sales operations across B2B, B2C, and e-commerce channels to drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. 
  • Manage relationships with authorized dealers, key accounts, and consumers, ensuring exceptional service, consistent communication, and brand compliance. 
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, forecasts, OKRs, and KPIs while monitoring performance and presenting results to leadership. 
  • Partner closely with marketing, finance, production, and other internal teams to align business objectives and support company growth initiatives. 
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting, dashboards, CRM data, accounts receivable reporting, and budgeting forecasts. 
  • Lead departmental communication, meetings, and reporting while ensuring key information is effectively shared across the organization. 
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding, performance management, and ongoing leadership support. 
  • Support community outreach, industry events, trade shows, and other initiatives that strengthen customer and dealer relationships.

What You Bring:

  • 4-6 years of experience in sales, marketing, business operations, or a related field.
  • Leadership or management experience with direct reports.
  • Experience developing and implementing business strategies and process improvements.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, finance, operations, and production teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and business reporting tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
