Your Role:
As our Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales team and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the sales department

  • Developing and implementing strategies to help the team meet and exceed sales goals

  • Hiring, training, and mentoring sales consultants to achieve their full potential

  • Ensuring all leads are followed up on promptly and effectively

  • Stepping in to assist sales consultants in closing deals when needed

  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships

  • 2-5 years of managerial experience, preferably in automotive sales

  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic attitude

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

  • Professional appearance and work ethic
