About the Role:

As our Automotive Sales & Finance Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the sales department—managing by walking around, leading with enthusiasm, and setting the tone for a high-performance culture. You’ll be expected to close deals, coach your team in real time, and ensure every customer experience is exceptional.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively lead and support the sales team throughout the day—not from behind a desk
  • Be involved in every stage of the deal—from greeting to close
  • Drive performance through hands-on coaching, accountability, and energy
  • Manage and optimize digital retailing tools and online deal workflows
  • Ensure timely follow-up and engagement through CRM and digital platforms
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategy, forecasting, and process improvement

Your Impact: 

  • Guide customers through financing options with confidence and clarity.
  • Present protection products that enhance vehicle ownership.
  • Structure competitive, profitable, and compliant deals that meet all regulatory standards.
  • Accurately desk deals, submit to lenders, make credit decisions, and close transactions efficiently.
  • Maintain strong relationships with finance institutions to secure optimal financing.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all financial documentation.
  • Oversee finance department operations including staffing, training, and performance management.
  • Achieve and exceed sales and profit goals

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven success in automotive sales and/or finance management.
  • Strong closing skills and ability to motivate a team.
  • Experience with digital retail platforms, CRM systems, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
  • Availability for days, evenings, and Saturdays (No Sundays!)Prior automotive sales management experience
