Duties include lead generation, product presentations, demonstrations, trials, technical and commercial proposals, estimation, negotiation, order management, collections, customer service, troubleshooting, and relationship management. The role requires regular customer visits, territory sales and profitability ownership, coordination with sales teams, and delivery of manufacturing solutions. Candidates need mechanical, automobile, or production engineering qualifications, industrial sales experience, technical knowledge, English and Tamil fluency, CRM skills, and travel flexibility.

- Meet sales and collection objectives within the designated territory and oversee the profitability of the assigned product group.
- Should be reporting to the Managing Director and coordinating with other sales team members.
- Preparing commercial and technical proposals.
- Should be familiar with manufacturing processes and machinery used in industrial operations
- Should be able to manage commercial negotiations with sound techno-commercial knowledge
- Good command over spoken and written English(mandatory) & Tamil
- Should be responsible for conducting trials and demonstrations on customer machines and delivering effective manufacturing solutions.
- Visiting Customers regularly. Participate in Pre-Sales and after-sales service, trouble shooting activities to achieve high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Production Engineering
- 2-10 years experience in Industrial sales, preferably in power tools, Pneumatic tools & hand tools
- Fluent in English (mandatory), Tamil - Read/Write/Speak
- To be based in below locations - Chennai
- Ability to Travel & Meet Peoples regularly
- Basic IT system knowledge, email communication, CRM & Quotation preparation
