Summary Generated by Built In

The Role

As an SDR, your mission is to find and create opportunity where none exists yet. You'll proactively break into new accounts across the U.S., qualify the leads worth chasing, and hand the sales team a pipeline full of meetings that actually convert.

This is a hunting role for someone who treats rejection as part of the job, not a setback — and who's energized by an old-school, relationship-driven market that's only just starting to go digital.

What You'll Do

Penetrate new markets in the US — proactively and independently approaching prospects through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels

Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria

Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and pain points

Maintain a pipeline of leads and manage follow-ups in a CRM system

Book meetings or demos for the sales team with high-potential leads

Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns

Track and report on key metrics such as outreach activity, conversion rates, and pipeline growth

Continuously learn the industry, the product, and customer personas to sharpen outreach effectiveness

Requirements

Requirements

Must Have

1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role preferred — entry-level candidates also considered

Outgoing, with the drive and enthusiasm to do the role with a can-do mindset

A self-starter who can spot and hunt new opportunities unaided — flexible, persistent, assertive, and independent

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection in an old-school market

      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management skills, with familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms

A team player with a strong, service-driven approach

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice to Have

Experience and expertise in the luxury industry or a related field (e.g. equipment sales to the luxury industry)
