This is a high-energy, face-to-face sales role inside major retail locations—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants uncapped earning potential.

This is a face-to-face sales position focused on representing nationally recognized brands in retail locations and event environments. If you are passionate about customer interaction, relationship building, and driving results, we want to meet you.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with customers to educate them on products, services, and promotions
  • Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and consultative sales techniques
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals
  • Maintain brand standards and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Track customer interactions, sales metrics, and daily performance
  • Participate in ongoing sales training, leadership development, and team meetings
  • Collaborate with management to improve customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Support event marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
  • Represent client brands in retail stores, pop-up events, and promotional settings
  • Engage with customers inside a retail environment
  • Recommend solutions based on customer needs and budget
  • Explain current promotions, pricing, and product details
  • Complete sales transactions and required documentation
  • Meet weekly sales goals and performance expectations
  • Maintain a professional and positive customer experience
