Aufgaben
The Sales Development Representative team is responsible for generating sales opportunities for the founders and AEs (Account Executive). You will do this by actively searching and approaching new potential customers.
* Own outbound into the DACH enterprise market: research, identify and engage decision-makers in enterprise IT (demand managers, enterprise architects, IT compliance) by phone, email, LinkedIn and beyond
* Run sharp, multi-threaded prospecting against our Ideal Customer Profile and constantly test what works
* Open conversations cold, deliver a tailored Stackgini pitch and book qualified discovery calls
* Build deep, real pipeline. We reward qualified opportunities that actually close, not vanity demos, and you hand yours over clean to the AEs
* Represent Stackgini at events and in front of senior IT buyers
* Feed what you learn in the field straight back into product, marketing and the outbound playbook
Qualifikation
You are hungry, coachable and resilient. You pick up the phone, you do not take a "no" personally, and you find the way in that others miss. Depending on your track record, you join as a Level 1 or Level 2 SDR.
* A real appetite for outbound, especially cold calling. This is the core of the job, not a side task
* Native-level German and strong English, because our buyers are German enterprises
* 1 to 3 years in B2B sales, ideally B2B SaaS and ideally selling into corporate or enterprise accounts. For Level 2, a proven outbound track with numbers you own
* Self-starter energy, strong ownership and a "figure it out" attitude in ambiguity
* The discipline to stay organized and prioritize when a lot is happening at once
* Comfort with a modern sales stack: CRM (e.g. HubSpot), Sales Navigator and prospecting tools like Apollo, Cognism or Lusha
* A clear ambition to become an Account Executive, and the drive to earn it fast
Benefits
* Serious, transparent, uncapped compensation. Your OTE is €68,000 (Level 1) to €78,000 (Level 2). The variable rewards real qualified pipeline, and there is no cap.

* A fast, credible path to Account Executive, typically within 12 to 24 months at consistent quota achievement.

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • 1-2 years experience in corporate or enterprise sales (ideally B2B SaaS)
  • Experience in Pipedrive or other CRM systems
