Ridezilla / Boater’s World South Georgia is seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our growing dealership. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and has a passion for powersports, boating, and the outdoor lifestyle. You will play a key role in guiding customers through the buying process while delivering a professional and customer-focused experience.
- Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers, build rapport, and assist them throughout the sales process
- Help customers select boats, ATVs, motorcycles, and other powersports equipment
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, including pricing, features, and availability
- Follow up with prospects and previous customers using phone, email, and CRM tools
- Complete sales paperwork accurately and coordinate with finance and service teams
- Support showroom merchandising, inventory display, and overall store presentation
- Work with management to achieve monthly sales goals
- Provide excellent customer service that encourages repeat business
Requirements
- Previous sales experience preferred (powersports, marine, automotive, or similar industries)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and utilize CRM and dealership management systems
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
- Interest in boating, powersports, or outdoor recreation is a plus
Working Conditions
- Showroom and outdoor lot environment
- Standing, walking, bending, and light lifting (up to 25 lbs) as needed

Ridezilla operates powersports dealerships selling new and used motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports vehicles. They provide comprehensive sales, parts, and service for these products.
