Purdy Hyundai is growing, and we’re looking for people who want to build a serious career in sales. Automotive experience is welcome, but it isn’t required. We want people who connect with others, work hard, take coaching, and care about doing right by the customer.
This is a commission-based role with no earnings cap. Your results will depend on the relationships you build, the work you put in, and the skills you develop. If you want your effort to have a direct impact on your income, we want to meet you.

What success looks like in this role:
- Build trust by listening first and helping customers find the right vehicle.
- Learn our products, inventory, and sales process so you can guide customers with confidence.
- Respond quickly to leads, set appointments, and follow up consistently.
- Build your own business through referrals, outreach, prospecting, and strong relationships.
- Take coaching, continue developing your skills, and hold yourself accountable for your results.
- Work with your team to deliver an excellent experience from first contact through vehicle delivery.
What to expect:
Automotive sales moves quickly, and our Sales team works when our customers shop, including evenings and weekends. Success also takes consistent follow-up and prospecting. The strongest Sales Consultants don't wait for the next customer to walk through the door. They actively build relationships, create opportunities, and stay connected with their customers.
We’re looking for people who bring energy, keep their word, and want to win while taking exceptional care of customers.
If you’ve built strong relationships in sales, hospitality, customer service, or another field, we’d like to hear from you. If you’re new to sales but have the drive, people skills, and willingness to learn, we’d like to hear from you too.

What We Do
Purdy Hyundai of Broken Arrow is an independent Hyundai franchised dealership serving drivers in Broken Arrow and nearby communities. It sells new Hyundai vehicles, certified pre-owned and other used cars, and provides automotive service and parts. The dealership supports customers with factory-trained technicians, inspections, oil changes, brake service, tire rotations, genuine Hyundai parts and accessories, and online service scheduling through a straightforward, customer-first approach.
