In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the sales process by supporting the sales team, managing customer orders, preparing quotations, and maintaining strong client relationships. Requirements
Requirements

▪ Matric (essential)
▪ Minimum 1-3 years’ experience as a Sales Administrator / Office Sales Assistant
▪ Strong administrative and organisational skills
▪ Comfortable with cold calling and engaging with clients
▪ Excellent communication and customer service skills
▪ Manages quotations, invoicing, and general administrative tasks.
▪ Computer literacy (MS Office, ERP systems and internal sales systems)
▪ Experience in renewable energy, electrical, or technical sales environments will be advantageous


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Administration
▪ Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
▪ Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and sales orders
▪ Capture and manage orders on the internal sales system
▪ Maintain accurate customer records, pricing, and order information
▪ Follow up on orders, deliveries, and backorders

Renewable Energy Product Support
▪ Assist customers with product information relating to solar and renewable energy solutions
▪ Ensure correct product specifications and order accuracy
▪ Liaise with suppliers and internal teams regarding product availability and lead times


Customer & Sales Support
▪ Act as a key point of contact for customers and internal sales teams
▪ Handle customer queries, order amendments, and returns professionally
▪ Support the sales team with reports, pricing information, and quotations
▪ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

General Administration
▪ Compile sales reports and assist with tracking sales targets and performance
▪ Maintain filing systems and sales documentation
▪ Assist with general office administration where required
▪ Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
