Short Job Description:  

This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience in digital advertising sector and work with professionals in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. We are looking for candidates who are currently pursuing a Degree or a Master for our paid internship program.
As a Sales Administration Intern you will support our Client Services Team in   overseeing the campaign implementation process and maximizing company revenue, while ensuring accurate billing reconciliation and timely campaign closure.
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Digital Marketing or a related field – this is a must and candidates who do not fulfil this requirement will not be considered.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience in digital advertising & marketing: media agencies, advertising technologies, will be a plus.
  • Experience in sales & client management, strong client facing skills will be a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in digital marketing and programmatic advertising.
  • Former experience with programmatic advertising - platforms, such as SSPs, DSPs, Ad Exchanges or DMPs, will be a plus.
  • Advanced level of English (B2) required.

Key responsibilities:
  • Setting up new clients in the system (terms sheet management).
  • Coordinating with the Sales team to update the SCM.
  • Following up on proposals submitted to clients.
  • Receiving Insertion Orders (IOs) and verifying that they match the approved proposals.
  • Supporting the team with archived campaigns by providing reports, purchase orders, screenshots, and other relevant documentation.
  • Supporting the team with the monthly billing reconciliation and closing process.
  • Ensuring an optimal campaign implementation and trafficking process by collecting relevant documentation.
  • Updating Client Service management tools, such as Trello, throughout the campaign onboarding process.
  • Ensuring the timely closure of campaigns and delivering final figures.
  • Coordinating and confirming monthly campaign closing figures with clients, reconciling data between Sonata and ad servers.
  • Providing the Finance team with monthly closing figures and documentation required for onboarding new clients.
