RESPONSIBILITIES 

As a Ruby Engineer at FUGA, you will be managing and scaling our applications responsible for parsing and ingesting the data provided by our customers, ensuring its validity and integrity, persisting both metadata and binary files in our platform, compiling it in the formats requested by Digital Service Providers, and improving the existing data-flows.

As part of the team, you will be responsible for:

• Designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining FUGA Ingestion and Delivery features
• Driving technology modernisation projects e.g. breaking up the application into several separate domains/services
• Supporting other team members and improving development practices
• Creating end-to-end understanding on the application e.g. by improving monitoring and identifying bottlenecks
• Ensuring high availability and performance of our platform

REQUIREMENTS
