The Role
Working as part of the Brands team, your role will be to conduct research and write high-quality, informative content for one of our leading digital brands. This content will attract users interested in the products and services we offer through organic search and other relevant platforms.
The Writer will conduct product research, surveys, and interviews alongside other research techniques to produce world-class content for the website that offers unique value to a user.

Our Team
The Brands team is responsible for growing the organic traffic of brands such as The Eco Experts, Expert Market, Startups, Tech.co, Expert Reviews and Website Builder Expert.
The department consists of:
- Content team - responsible for creating and delivering a high-quality content strategy that meets organic traffic and conversion targets, and delivers a trusted and unique brand experience.
- Audience team - responsible for delivering audience development strategies that grow the reach and visibility of MVF's brands. The team comprises SEO and Campaigns (link acquisition) teams.
The Insight team - responsible for conducting in-depth research into key subject areas and target audiences, with the aim of building brand authority and trustworthiness as well as key client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Production of engaging, high-quality product content that helps users make the most informed decision.
- Write new product, brand service reviews, and best lists that will bring targeted, high-quality traffic to the websites.
- Update existing articles to improve their overall quality and ensure the information on the site is up- to-date, fresh, relevant and helpful to the customer.
- Extensively use/ conduct research on products we feature on the website - with the aim of becoming an expert in the topic areas you are assigned to write about.
- Undertake background research - including desk-based research, conducting site visits, surveys or in-depth interviews - to better understand our audience's pain points, and to gather experts' opinions and views.
- Fact-check, edit, revise, review, and proofread work, especially in response to feedback.
- Work with our in-house Research and Insight team to create testing methodologies to accurately assess products and develop a deep understanding of the needs of the consumers.
What Success Looks Like:
- Publishing of multiple pieces of high-quality content per week (new and updated)
- Writing new reviews and articles that generate thousands of visitors per month and that generate customers for our partners
- Volume and quality of organic traffic to new articles created
- Volume and quality of organic traffic to articles edited
- Content achieves exceptional engagement metrics (reviewed against our content quality KPIs)
