In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving innovation, engaging in field and market research, and leading the PDF ecosystem through active participation in standardization efforts. As a key player in our research team, you'll be instrumental in steering change and innovation alongside Product Management and Development.
Responsibilities:
Innovation:

• Explore and assess the viability of emerging technologies through hands-on prototyping.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry

Research:
To maintain Apryse's leading position, delve into various research topics, including but not limited to:

• Competitor analysis.
• Product analysis.
• External partnership analysis.

ISO and Standardization Commitment:

• Elevate PDF standards by actively participating in the international standardization community.

Open-Source Evangelism:

• Engage with both external and internal developers.
• Represent Apryse at conferences, sharing insights on Apryse, PDF, and your innovative prototypes.
• Publish your findings in open source.

Requirements:

• Technical background, knowledge, and/or studies.
• Previous experience in Development or R&D.
• Programming skills - Language Agnostic
• Proficiency in English.
