You will own problems end-to-end with autonomy, treating evaluation and quantitative proof as first-class citizens in everything you create.

Skills Required
- Research background building real, production systems (not just academic papers)
- Ability to own problems end-to-end with high autonomy
- Strong emphasis on evaluation and quantitative proof in model development
- Exceptional engineering/scientific craftsmanship and bias toward building (world-class builder)
- Willingness to work hands-on and iterate rapidly in a high-expectation environment
- Work in-person 5 days a week in San Francisco or Miami
