Non-exempt opportunities are remote and employees are required to live and work in the United States. Research Analyst 1 is a Non-Exempt temporary election cycle position that ends on November 10, 2026, after the US general election. Interviews will be held in April 2026 with an anticipated start date in Mid May 2026.
Salary/Wage Range: $25/hour
What You'll Do:
Research Analysts 1 conduct essential opposition research tasks that power Democratic campaigns. You'll develop your skills in political research, fact-checking, and writing while contributing directly to high-stakes electoral work. Your work will include:
  • Conducting thorough research using boolean search tools, public records databases, and professional research platforms
  • Fact-checking political statements and campaign materials with accuracy and speed
  • Writing clear, concise research summaries and bullets for campaign use
  • Collaborating with team members on vetting projects and research books
  • Managing multiple research tasks while meeting tight deadlines
