SALARY: $68 - 70K DOE
OVERVIEW:
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned corporate campaigns and partnerships. The incumbent will establish, grow, and strengthen relationships with employers and internal influencers to maximize corporate and employee community involvement to meet revenue goals. In this key role, the Relationship Manager will strive to provide a rewarding experience for individuals involved in the campaign planning process. The Relationship Manager will champion United Way's commitment to excellent customer service by facilitating effective communication and relationship-building with community partners and key stakeholders.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
- Manage workplace giving campaigns, driving growth through best practices focused on revenue, participation, average gift, and other key metrics. Maintain strong, positive relationships with corporate partners in assigned portfolio, overseeing their annual United Way campaigns and ensuring effective relationship management. Develop strategies to enhance corporate partnerships and engage employees in supporting United Way.
- Advocate for the UWGH mission by representing United Way at campaign events. Engage corporate partners, donors and prospects through UWGH events, investment, and volunteer opportunities and provide follow-up to advance relationships. Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders and internal teams by maintaining open communication, responding promptly, offering training, and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Advancement team to identify potential leadership gift donors within workplaces. Record key interactions with partners and donors in UWGH’s Salesforce database. Monitor and Report campaign revenue accurately and promptly to ensure goals are met.
- Guide and support Loaned Executives in managing workplace campaigns. Perform other duties, tasks or special projects as assigned to achieve organizational goals.
