The Regional Manager IT Service Delivery is responsible for the delivery of IT services in the Penn Highlands Southwest Region providing IT leadership to all Penn Highlands facilities in the region including hospitals, clinics, outpatient locations, business office buildings, and other service locations. The Regional Manager reports directly to the System Director of Technology and Services and leads the regional based IT team. The Regional Manager is highly aligned (matrixed) to the System Director of Applications and Interoperability of Penn Highlands Healthcare.

The Regional Manager IT Service Delivery is also the primary liaison—managing needs and wants of their respective facilities and merging them with corporate wide initiatives and projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree

A minimum of 5 years of experience in progressively responsible Information Technology management positions with 3 Years in an IT management role in healthcare.

IT Service Management (ITSM) experience.

General understanding Compliance, Privacy and Data Security models and frameworks including but not limited to, HIPAA, NIST, HITECH and HITRUST.

Strong communication skills-verbal and written.

Relationship management capabilities.

Results oriented.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's Degree
