Are you a relationship-driven marketer who loves bringing brands to life, building community connections, and turning creative ideas into measurable growth? Join our team as a Regional Community Marketing Manager and help shape how our orthodontic practices connect with the communities they serve.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build local partnerships, lead engaging events, create authentic social media content, and develop marketing initiatives that help practices grow. You’ll work closely with doctors, Practice Managers, regional Operations leaders, and our central Marketing team to bring ideas to life across your region.

What You’ll Do

  • Build Local Connections: Develop relationships with schools, youth organizations, athletic programs, local businesses, and community partners to increase brand awareness and generate new patient opportunities.
  • Bring Marketing Ideas to Life: Plan and execute local events, sponsorships, promotions, and referral initiatives that support practice growth.
  • Create Engaging Content: Develop, capture, and publish local social media content in alignment with approved content calendars and brand guidelines, highlighting doctors, teams, educational topics, community involvement, and practice milestones.
  • Bring Local Stories to Life: Capture photography and short-form videos during practice visits and community events, and promote local partnerships, events, and initiatives across social media and other marketing channels while following patient privacy and consent requirements.
  • Drive Patient Growth: Partner with practice teams to strengthen Friends & Family referral programs and connect local marketing efforts to new patient opportunities.
  • Own Your Marketing Strategy: Develop regional marketing plans, coordinate activities across multiple locations, and prioritize opportunities based on practice needs and growth potential.
  • Manage Budgets and Results: Oversee local marketing spend, track performance, and use insights to identify what’s working and where to invest next.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with Marketing and Operations to execute campaigns, share successful ideas, and continuously improve the local patient experience.

What Makes This Opportunity Exciting?

  • Competitive compensation: $70,000 base salary plus bonus opportunities.
  • Flexibility: A hybrid work model that balances field engagement with remote planning and administrative time.
  • Meaningful relationships: Build lasting connections with local communities and the teams who serve them.
  • Ownership and impact: Shape local marketing strategies and see how your work contributes to practice growth.
  • Variety: Enjoy a dynamic role that combines creativity, relationship building, strategic planning, and time in the community.

Work Schedule & Travel

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week hybrid position. A typical week includes approximately three days in the field and two days dedicated to remote planning and administrative work, with flexibility based on regional needs.

Regular travel throughout your assigned region is required, along with occasional evening and weekend events.
