Recruiting Coordinator
ABOUT US:

Duties:
- Creates and sends offer letter to candidates.
- Coordinates the post-offer pre-employment process.
- Schedules pre-employment screening including background checks, drug screens, and another pre-hire items.
- Communicates new hire timing and step completion to hiring manager, recruiter, and supplemental resources (IT, Payroll, etc.).
- Manages candidate participation in the application and pre-hire process.
- Tracks candidate post-offer workflow accurately within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Supports special recruiting projects including customized reporting, career fairs, vendor research, etc.
- Responsible for high-volume candidate and applicant management/tracking
- Post job descriptions
- Process new hires through Workday
- Provide support to applicants throughout their recruiting, hiring, and onboarding process
- Manage communication with applicants and hiring managers
- Source and maintain active engagement with passive qualified candidates for future roles
- Utilize effective communication and follow-through while acting as a dependable point of contact for candidates
- Assist with Recruiting key initiatives, and other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2years experience in a Recruiting support role
- Adept at quickly learn new processes and technology
- Ability to multitask and have strong organization and prioritization skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Extremely flexible, proactive, able to easily shift priorities, and handle heavy workflow processing
- Operate with team mentality and strong sense of urgency
- Ability to interface across all levels of the organization
- Experience with ADP Workforce or other ATS/CRM a plus
