Recruiting Coordinator & HR Specialist

Clearwater, FL | $45,000–$55,000 Annually | Monday–Friday | No Weekends

Clearwater Shower Bath is growing, and we're looking for an outgoing, organized, and motivated professional to join our Human Resources team!

As our Recruiting Coordinator & HR Specialist, you'll play an important role in helping us attract, identify, and hire talented individuals across multiple departments. You'll work directly with our HR Manager and company leadership, gaining hands-on experience in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and HR operations.

• $45,000–$55,000 annual salary, based on experience
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM — no weekends or late nights
• Full-time, in-office position in Clearwater, Florida

You'll help manage the recruiting process from the initial application through hiring, ensuring candidates have a positive, professional experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Review applications and identify qualified candidates for open positions
• Proactively contact applicants through phone calls, text messages, and email
• Conduct initial phone interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain timely follow-up
• Create, post, and manage job advertisements on Indeed and other recruiting platforms
• Maintain accurate candidate records, interview notes, and hiring activity in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
• Partner with department managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
• Track recruiting activity and work toward established hiring goals
• Assist the HR Manager with new-hire onboarding, documentation, and other HR initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and the candidate experience

We're looking for a people-oriented, dependable, and motivated professional who can balance strong communication skills with organization and follow-through.

• Are confident making frequent outbound calls and conducting phone interviews
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Can manage multiple priorities while staying organized and detail-oriented
• Are comfortable working with computers, online platforms, and digital tools

• Are self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working toward measurable goals
• Have a positive attitude and a genuine interest in recruiting and Human Resources

Preferred Experience:

• At least one year of experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, call center operations, or a similar people-focused role
• Familiarity with Indeed, applicant tracking systems, HR software, or recruiting platforms
• Experience conducting phone interviews, coordinating schedules, or managing candidate communications

Previous recruiting experience is preferred but not required. We're open to individuals with strong communication skills and experience in sales, customer service, or other fast-paced environments who are eager to develop a career in HR.
