Job Duties:
> Full cycle recruiting
> Sourcing passive candidates
> Collaboration with hiring managers for an excellent candidate experience
> Management of all ad spend, adhering to company budgets
> Eagerness to go to trade schools, job fairs, and open houses to meet with potential candidates

What You Need:
> Experience working in Recruiting for 3+ years
> Prior experience working in an ATS for all recruiting operational duties
> Must have the ability to work on site, as needed by the business. (details will be discussed in the interview process)
> Passion about a great candidates experience and building a talent pipeline
> Detail oriented to maintain accurate notes and handle all pre-hire requirements
Skills Required
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System for recruiting operations
- Ability to work on-site as needed by the business
