Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Delivery
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across APAC, from role briefing to offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, timelines, and interview processes.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using a variety of channels.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure an inclusive, consistent, and positive candidate experience.
- Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and local People teams across APAC.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline status, challenges, and regional market conditions.
- Support hiring managers with interview best practices and decision-making.
- Manage and maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS (Pinpoint).
- Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with internal policies and local/regional requirements.
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and regional ways of working.
- Track recruitment activity and support reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with Senior Recruitment Partners on complex or senior roles.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives across APAC, as needed.

Requirements
- Experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role.
- Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience recruiting across APAC markets is a plus.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools.
- Fluent in business English.
