We are seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, responsible for creating a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors, clients, and employees. This role demands excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and exceptional multitasking abilities to manage various administrative duties efficiently. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings using company calendars.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain and update the front desk and reception area in a neat and organized fashion.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
