Main Responsibilities:
Deliver an exceptional first impression to everyone who walks through our door
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities
Manage meeting room setups, client check-ins, and hospitality
Assist with scheduling, confirming appointments, and basic admin tasks
