Job Description

Job Description: 

Under limited supervision, provides general administrative support to a department or group of professionals. 

Collects, compiles, and analyzes moderately complex data and information. 

Composes straightforward written descriptions of results. 

Requires the ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills. 

Typically requires a high school education or equivalent and two to four years of experience.

Skills:

Receptionist duties: ie: answering the phone, taking messages, greeting guests, Checking mail, forwarding legacy invoices to respective Aon personnel

Assisting with travel arrangements

Taking stock of office supplies and ordering when needed

Organizing meetings

Copying and Scanning documents for staff

Simple data entry tasks for staff

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
