Skills Required

4+ years of hands-on experience in RAN technology, deployment, integration, troubleshooting, and operations
BE or B.Tech degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
Experience with GSM, 4G/LTE, and 5G/NR RAN networks
Knowledge of RAN architecture, call flows, signaling, protocol stacks, RLC, MAC, physical layer, and 3GPP
Experience troubleshooting RAN faults and air-interface issues
Experience with Linux, cloud, virtualization, Kubernetes, and Docker
Knowledge of RF, antenna technologies, network optimization, IP protocols, and QoS
Shell or Python experience
