The Role
Analyze business data, uncover operational improvement opportunities, and develop automation and self-service solutions. The role partners with stakeholders and subject matter experts, performs ad hoc analysis, communicates actionable insights, and leads simplification projects. It requires experience with analytics and automation tools including Alteryx, Tableau, SAS, SQL, Python, Snowflake, AWS, APIs, and AI/ML concepts. This is an onsite role five days per week and does not offer visa sponsorship.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Interact with stakeholders to understand business needs and work closely with them and help uncover opportunities for data analysis and automation.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and management to deliver automation solutions from idea conception through implementation.
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis focused on uncovering new business intelligence for our stakeholders that will optimize their day to day operations.
  • Develop and lead simplification project to improve efficiency and productivity of business user through automation and self-service
  • Provide exploratory questions, insights and analysis to identify potential improvement opportunities
  • Have strong exposure and understanding in LLM, ML, AWS, Snowflake and API integration.
  • Use data to tell compelling stories that will resonate with stakeholders and help them to understand where opportunities exist.
  • Collaborate with team members and foster a strong team atmosphere.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience with Alteryx, Tableau, SAS, SQL/PLSQL, SharePoint, Python, Snowflake and be familiar with AI/ML concepts
  • Demonstrated experience conducting data analysis with the ability to tell compelling stories and using data.
  • Demonstrated ability to objectively analyze issues and form decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and effectively communicate to all levels of management
  • Possess analytical thinking with excellent data analysis
  • Have an acute attention to detail
  • Operate in a self-directed manner with strong desire to deliver superior results with urgency.

This role is not remote or hybrid; 5 days a week on office.  This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship

Our Consumer & Community Banking division serves our Chase customers through a range of financial services, including personal banking, credit cards, mortgages, auto financing, investment advice, small business loans and payment processing. The CCB Data & Analytics team responsibly leverages data across Chase to build competitive advantages for the businesses while providing value and protection for customers. The team encompasses a variety of disciplines from data governance and strategy to reporting, data science and machine learning. We have a strong partnership with Technology, which provides cutting edge data and analytics infrastructure. The team powers Chase with insights to create the best customer and business outcomes.

Skills Required

  • 2+ years of experience with Alteryx, Tableau, SAS, SQL or PL/SQL, SharePoint, Python, Snowflake, and AI/ML concepts
  • Experience conducting data analysis and communicating compelling data-driven stories
  • Ability to objectively analyze issues and make decisions
  • Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and communicate effectively with all levels of management
  • Strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills
