A leading medical group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Quality & Training Manager to lead and manage the organization's quality, governance, compliance, and training functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Quality, Governance, and Training functions across the organization.
• Develop, review, update, and maintain company policies and procedures.
• Manage Policy Governance, Policy Control, and the policy lifecycle, including records and version control.
• Oversee the OVR system and conduct incident and operational violation investigations.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and identify corrective actions.
• Plan and conduct internal audits and monitor Compliance and CAPA implementation.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop annual and quarterly training plans.
• Link audit findings, OVR cases, complaints, and operational errors to employee training needs.
• Manage training programs for new and existing employees and maintain accurate training records.
• Monitor training effectiveness and measure the impact of training on employee performance.
• Develop Quality KPIs and prepare periodic quality and training reports for senior management.
• Ensure effective Document Control and Version Control for quality and training documents and records.

تعلن إحدى المجموعات الطبية الرائدة في مدينة الرياض عن توفر شاغر وظيفي لمنصب مدير إدارة الجودة والتدريب، لقيادة منظومة الجودة والحوكمة والامتثال والتدريب في الشركة.
المهام الرئيسية:
• قيادة منظومة الجودة والحوكمة والتدريب في الشركة.
• إدارة ومراجعة وتحديث السياسات والإجراءات وضمان الالتزام بها.
• إدارة حوكمة السياسات والتحكم بها ومتابعة دورة حياة السياسات وسجلاتها وإصداراتها.
• الإشراف على نظام OVR والتحقيق في المخالفات والحوادث التشغيلية.
• إجراء تحليل الأسباب الجذرية (Root Cause Analysis) وتحديد الإجراءات التصحيحية المناسبة.
• إعداد وتنفيذ خطط التدقيق الداخلي ومتابعة الالتزام وإجراءات CAPA.
• تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية (TNA) وإعداد الخطط التدريبية السنوية والربع سنوية.
• ربط نتائج التدقيق وحالات OVR والشكاوى والأخطاء التشغيلية بالاحتياجات التدريبية.
• متابعة برامج تدريب الموظفين الجدد والحاليين وتوثيق السجلات التدريبية.
• قياس فعالية التدريب وأثره على أداء الموظفين.
• إعداد مؤشرات أداء الجودة (Quality KPIs) والتقارير الدورية ورفعها للإدارة العليا.
• ضمان إدارة وثائق وسجلات الجودة والتدريب وفق أنظمة Document Control وVersion Control.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, Training & Development, or a related field.
• Strong experience in Quality Management and Training Management.
• Proven experience in developing, reviewing, updating, and managing policies and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of Policy Governance and Policy Control.
• Hands-on experience in OVR, Incident Investigation, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Experience in Internal Audit, Compliance, and CAPA.
• Proven experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and training planning.
• Experience in employee training and measuring training effectiveness and performance impact.
• Ability to develop and monitor Quality KPIs and prepare management reports.
• Experience in Document Control and Version Control.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
• Previous experience in the healthcare sector is highly preferred.

• خبرة في إدارة الوثائق والتحكم بالإصدارات (Document Control & Version Control).
• مهارات قيادية وتحليلية وتواصل وإعداد تقارير متميزة.
• يفضل بشدة وجود خبرة سابقة في قطاع الرعاية الصحية.
