Assists in the implementation of system KPI’s for all sites. Supports performance improvement work for both the anatomical and clinical pathology teams.

Job Description

Education Requirements:


Minimum Training and Education: 


Bachelor’s degree in medical technology or related medical or scientific discipline or Associate degree with equivalent work experience to meet CLIA requirements for technical oversight.  


 Work Experience:


5+ years related work experience or a Master's Degree with 3+ years related work experience.


Must have met the educational requirements for and passed a recognized Certification Examination for Medical Technologist (also known as Medical Laboratory Scientist, MLS or Clinical Laboratory Scientist, CLS).

Certification by the American Society of Clinical Pathology Board of Certification (ASCP BOC) or Certification by American Medical Technology (AMT) MLS

Additional Job Description

Education: Bachelor's Degree with 5 years related work experience; or a Master's Degree with 3 years related work experience. Certifications: CPHQ Certification preferred. Lean Six Sigma experience required.

Skills Required

  • At least 5 years of related work experience, or a master's degree with at least 3 years of related work experience
