Position Title: Customer Quality EngineerDepartment: Quality
Reports To: Quality SupervisorDescription:As a Customer Quality Engineer, you'll gain hands-on experience working alongside engineers, manufacturing leaders, and cross-functional teams while solving real-world challenges that directly impact our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates who are eager to develop technical, analytical, and leadership skills while building a long-term engineering career. No two days are the same. You'll collaborate across multiple departments, analyze quality data, help solve customer concerns, support improvement projects, and gain exposure to nearly every aspect of manufacturing operations.Responsibilities:- Analyze customer complaints, quality data, issue trends, service history, and repeated problems to support root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with Quality, Production, Engineering, Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to solve customer issues.
- Coordinate and manage external labor, contractors, or service partners during field activities when assigned.
- Manage after-sales quality projects, including action plans, timelines, risk tracking, milestone follow-up, and final closure.
- Balance customer satisfaction, company cost, schedule, quality impact, and business priorities when supporting issue resolution.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of education
- Minimum of three years' experience in a Quality capacity within a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive process/product quality control, lean manufacturing
- Good current working knowledge of AIAG standards (PQP, PPAP & PFMEA) Cpk, SPC, 8D
- Quality Control background, including problem solving and root cause analysis.
- Professional demeanour at all times
- Strong leadership abilities
- Attention to detail in all area of work
- Computer literacy, including effective working skills with MS Office and e-mail
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
