Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to help drive the quality engineering and test automation strategy for our software products. This is a hands-on technical role focused on designing scalable automation frameworks, developing automated tests, improving testability, and integrating quality engineering throughout the software development lifecycle.
The SDET will work closely with Software Engineers, Product, DevOps, Architecture, and other technology teams to build reliable automated testing solutions and ensure applications meet functional, performance, security, and reliability expectations.

Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
    • 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development, test automation, SDET, or quality engineering.
    • Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
    • Strong hands-on experience with test automation technologies such as Selenium WebDriver, JUnit, TestNG, or comparable frameworks.
    • Experience designing and developing automation frameworks from the ground up, including reusable libraries, reporting, test-data management, and configuration management.
    • Strong experience with REST API testing, including request/response validation, authentication, authorization, error handling, and integration testing.
    • Experience performing SQL and database validation and troubleshooting data across application, API, and database layers.
    • Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines and source-control platforms.
    • Understanding of modern software architectures, including web applications, RESTful services, microservices, databases, cloud services, and distributed integrations.
    • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, source control, code reviews, and coding standards.
    • Experience working within Agile/Scrum software development environments.
    • Strong analytical, debugging, and root-cause analysis skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with Software Engineers, DevOps, Architecture, Product, and other technical teams.

Skills Required
