Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities
Individual would be responsible for test plan/ script creations for performance testing.
Should be pro-active in highlighting the relevant show stopper for over all testing and help in identification of corresponding resolutions.
Analyze root causes of performance issues and provide corrective actions.
Generate test summary reports for management review
Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes.
MUST HAVE SKILLS
Should primarily know about Performance Testing and performance monitoring concepts
Should possess knowledge of Client Load Runner or similar Performance Testing tools
Well versed with Test Plan/Test Script creations/executions
Bottleneck identification & resolutions recommendations , scripting , report analysis
Strong communications skills
Ability to work in a team oriented collaborative environment
Nice to have skills
Retail Banking background
Well verse with SDLC concepts
Prior experience on performance testing,Client ALM Tool
Knowledge of Database/web-servers ,load balancers
