Job DescriptionOur client, a top national retailer, is looking for QA Engineer Lead with Selenium experience to work within the Dotcom environment on a product team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing quality assurance programs both manually and automated.
MUST HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Experience in a QA Analyst Lead role
- Strong experience with Test Automation skills using Selenium Webdriver
- Strong Device Testing experience
- Agile development experience
- Experience within a retail environment
- Experience in implementing and tracking testing KPI’s and metrics
- Experience in documentation and summarizing of test results and report findings
- Experience working with Jira
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Experience in working and interacting with Product owners
- Prior experience in working TDD (Test Driven Development) and/or ATDD (Acceptance Test Driven Development)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment with short release cycles
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Automated Test scripts using Selenium Webdriver.
- Test Functionality on Devices and Multiple browsers.
- Efficiently log and track Defects in JIRA.
- Attend Sprint Planning meetings and other related Agile testing activities.
- Create Dashboard reports presenting to stakeholders.
- Develop and provide testing metrics and reports for the QA dashboard.
- Document and track key project milestones and overall project deliverables.
- Interact with multiple teams for integration testing and for test data needs.
