Specific Responsibilities (tasks)
- Inventory management/oversight.
- Procurement for all product components.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding status and maintaining on-time deliveries.
- Coordinate deliveries with freight forwarder.(s)
- Collaborate with Accounts Payables team regarding wire/payments to suppliers.
- Procure all items to assist internal warehouse operations.
- Assist other department with stock needs for customer deliveries.
- Generate and maintain POs for suppliers product lines. (foreign/domestic)
- Maintain weekly inventory reports for each department.
Software Application Knowledge
Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, SAP or ERP (Visual).
Qualifications
- 1+ years of administrative experience, preferably in purchasing, healthcare, pharmaceutical operations.
- High School Diploma or higher.
- Strong organizational and detail oriented skills.
- Professional communication skill. (verbal and written)
