OneTen DISH Creative is a full-service, in-house ad agency focused on delivering high-impact creative grounded in business knowledge, design expertise and an invested passion for our brands. Our award-winning team is one of the largest and fastest growing internal creative teams in Denver.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
You will be among the designers, communicators, analysts, and strategists shaping the stories of innovation. And of the people who drive it. In this role:
- You will lead the interactions between the account and creative teams.
- You will manage and track the planning, design, approval, and production processes for each of your projects.
- You will build timelines and proactively manage everyone's expectations when changes occur along the way.
- You will motivate your team to work together with a shared sense of purpose.
- You will act as a mediator for your team, resolving issues and conflicts, and initiating tough conversations with kindness and respect.
- You will always look for ways to improve the process, the work, and the team overall.

Ideal candidates (EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION):
- Have a college degree or commensurate experience.
- Spent the last 2-5 years at a creative agency or on a marketing team, managing projects or accounts.
- Have experience with project management software and Adobe products.
- Are familiar with waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Understand graphic design, pre-press, and production processes.
- Have exceptional communication skills.
- Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Are PMP and/or Scrum certified (helpful but not required).
Salary Range
Compensation: $57,400.00/Year - $82,000.00/Year
