Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of project/program management experience working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in content policy or anti-abuse operations.
- Solid analytical, quantitative, and statistical problem solving skills.

As part of YouTube Scaled Abuse Monetization, you will be directly responsible for making the internet safer, protecting free speech and defending our brand. You will build relationships with Legal, Policy, and PR stakeholders and will need to help implement policy solutions to urgent policy issues.

Responsibilities
- Manage business excellence efforts across team (objective key results and strategy development, team updates throughout YouTube, business and headcount planning, etc.).
- Identify key issues across our abuse-fighting landscape focused on partners, leveraging your influential skills to scope, prioritize, and resource global initiatives.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Partnerships, Support, Operations, and leadership to expand the scope and credibility of our team's portfolio.
- Own and optimize processes used by our Global Enforcement and Operations team (vendor operations, escalations, portfolio management, prioritization models, communication standardization).
