Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of Program Management experience.
  • Experience with software development.



Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's or PhD degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a technical related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with release management lifecycles and project milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing execution and high quality product delivery.
  • Ability to be an influential leader of a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
  • Excellent project manager, with the ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives at the same time.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.

As the Creator Policy Experience Program Manager for YouTube, you will be responsible for building out and scaling initiatives aimed at improving creator interactions, such as re-appeals. You will work cross-functionally across our Product, Enforcement, Vendor Operations, Business Analytics, and Creator Support teams.

Responsibilities

  • Act as subject matter expert on the Creator Policy Experience operational landscape.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the creator experience regarding our policy enforcement.
  • Work cross-functionally to translate user pain points into business requirements while working to operationalize workflows and processes.
  • Launch new initiatives and scale out the operations from product launches.
