Atlas Advisors is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of translation and interpretation services supporting a large international customer. The Project Manager will serve as the primary representative of the company and act as the single point of contact for customer engagement, contract execution, personnel management, quality assurance, and reporting requirements. The successful candidate will ensure all contractual requirements are met while maintaining exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary company representative for all contract-related activities.
Act as the single point of contact for customer representatives and stakeholders.
Manage all aspects of contract performance, including staffing, scheduling, reporting, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
Supervise management personnel, including operational and quality management staff.
Ensure compliance with all contract requirements, policies, procedures, and applicable standards.
Coordinate personnel assignments and resource allocation to support operational requirements.
Maintain regular communication with customer representatives and internal leadership.
Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of project management plans, staffing plans, and operational procedures.
Ensure timely delivery of reports, performance metrics, and contractual deliverables.
Support audits, inspections, quality reviews, and corrective action processes.
Monitor contract performance and implement corrective measures when required.
Maintain availability to support operational requirements and customer concerns as needed.
Attend meetings and provide in-person support throughout the region when required.
Required Qualifications
Active NATO SECRET security clearance.
Minimum five (5) years of experience managing translation, interpretation, or linguistic services contracts in military environments.
Demonstrated experience managing personnel, subcontractors, and operational resources in support of contract requirements.
Demonstrated experience serving as the primary customer interface on complex service contracts.
Experience developing and managing project plans, staffing plans, and operational reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to travel throughout Poland and other customer-designated locations as required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Desired Qualifications
Previous experience supporting international organizations, government customers, or large-scale service contracts.
Experience managing multilingual workforces.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams.
Military service as an officer, warrant officer, senior noncommissioned officer, or civilian program manager.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, International Relations, Linguistics, or a related field.
