1. Source: A recruiter sources candidates from various sources; the search starts from our proprietary database. Using advanced sourcing methods like social media, professional networking media, internal, and 3rd party job boards, we identify qualified candidates.
2. Validate: A recruiter validates the candidates’ experience and skill sets against our client’s position.
3. Initial Screening: Based on the position and the client’s work culture, the recruiter uses initial screening questions to determine the most suitable candidates.
4. Submit: the recruiter will submit to the technical team qualified candidates who have passed the initial screening.
5. Technical Screening: The technical team then prepares a matrix of the particular requirements and required experience for the position and using a list of questions and the results, re-validates the candidates’ technical skills.
6. Background Check: Administrative personnel will provide a detailed background check, as required, per client agreement.
7. On board: On successfully completing the above steps, the candidates are welcomed on board and assisted to ensure a smooth integration at the client’s location.

This role will support leadership in by providing project management discipline on all aspects including analyzing existing business areas, documenting business requirements and developing any procurement related documents etc.

This position will manage the day to day activities for the project and complete all input to the State Project Management (Touchdown) system if required. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: authoring all project management artifacts following the practices and guidelines from the PMI’s PMBOK, developing the detailed project budget, monitoring expenditures, developing and maintaining all required State CIO project documentation, serving as an IT management liaison to the business client, leading and performing hands-on analysis of the business and technical environments, supervising implementation activities, ensuring that project plans and schedules are established and maintained, ensuring that deliverables are completed timely and accurately, supervising staff (State and contractual staff), conducting formal presentations, coordinating with all project stakeholders and ensure that appropriate project controls are instituted.

The selected candidate must be a results-oriented individual with a very strong work ethic. The role requires a very strong understanding of Medicaid business models and Federal CMS expectations. Must be able to demonstrate excellent IT Project Management, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills. This position will be responsible for working with senior-level business executives, IT personnel, and business program resources to execute project requirements and manage stakeholder expectations.

• At least 7 years of project management experience, preferably with large, complex automation efforts.
• Objective decision-making ability based on strategic objectives priority, business performance analysis and resource availability.
• Hands on experience managing project risk, cost, schedule, quality, testing, and communications.
• Strong supervision, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Demonstrated strong presentation and training skills
• Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.
• Solid work experience with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project)
• Very strong understanding of Medicaid business models and Federal CMS expectations.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience implementing/supporting Medicaid processing automation efforts.
• Experience implementing/supporting Medicaid related fraud and analytics systems
