Job Description

• Leads technical projects from initiation through implementation including phases such as planning, analysis, design development and implementation.

• Establishes project requirements, priorities, and deadlines. Ensures project is completed in accordance with all Risk, Architecture and other relevant firm wide guidelines. Coordinates resources (staff, equipment, vendors and consultants) across one or more projects.

• Responsible for coaching and mentoring less experienced team members.

• Manages budget for assigned project(s), monitors project progress and adjusts resources and priorities accordingly.

• Role may also include people management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Project management skills

• Issue resolution

• Business processes and procedures

• Project management tools and software

• Business applications and workflow

• Knowledge and expertise in project management tools such as MS Project, Project Workbench, PMI, and Clarity

• Project Management Certification a plus

• Lean Agile experience a plus
