Job Description- Ensures that the team is functional and productive, understands incremental delivery and the value of metrics.
- Also understands backlog tracking, burn down metrics, velocity, and task definition.
- Familiarity with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and better development practices.
Skill Requirement:
- Strong Project Management Skills
- Certified Scrum Master (Certification needed)
- Past 2 years as Scrum Master
- CSM certified Associate with strong understanding of Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and development practices.
- Demonstrated experience managing and delivering projects in the type of App Dev environment.
- Understand incremental delivery and the value of metrics.
- Understand backlog tracking, burn down metrics, velocity, and task definition.
