Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee projects from initiation through execution and closeout.
- Coordinate with EPCM teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives, budgets, and timelines are achieved.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and industry regulations.
- Lead project meetings, provide regular status updates, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated project team environment.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
- Experience working with or within EPCM companies.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and best practices.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude and ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
