Job DescriptionJob Summary:
· The PA will be assisting the Project Manager in issuing purchase reqs, making sure receipts are in place, manage trading/billing.
Job Description:
· The Project Specialist is responsible for defined work or projects with moderate complexity. In this role you will follow an individual work plan and meets day-to-day short-term objectives and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.
· Plan / coordinate activities across functions to fulfill a customer order and ensure customer satisfaction
· Ensure on-time delivery in accordance with contract
· Understand and analyze customer order specifications, and communicate requirements to the extended project teams
· Respond rapidly to technical and commercial queries from all parties/functions
· Coordinate disposition of all non-conformances to contract requirements
· Ensure quality control
· Coordinate with customer and OTR Matrix teams.
· Analyze project data and compile reports for program team
· Tracking of open project deliverables with ability to drive execution plan to closure
Qualifications
Qualifications:
· Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
· Minimum of 2 years Project Admin exp.
SAP and Quality Assurance or Quality Control
