Project Leader/Test Manager

As a Project Leader/ Test Manager, your primary challenges include the traditional leadership tasks of effectively leading the Agile team, but also of full integration of the team into the environment of the Client Company, i.e. managing the testing process and documentation of the Client Company according to their rules and procedures.
• Conceptual and strategic planning and management of the whole testing process
• Project coordination with our clients on site
• Collaborate with teams in Austria, Switzerland, Serbia, and Germany 
• Trace and overview Project Risks and issues which arise from testing at all phases of the process, as well as manage communication with Stakeholders
• Identify continuous improvement within the test process and manage testing risks 
• Coach clients as a trusted QA Advisor
• Represent the company and our solutions with passion and enthusiasm

• Academic degree in Business Informatics or comparable job experience
• Several years of experience as a Software Test Manager or Project Leader
• Broad technical IT knowledge and ability to abstract complex situations
• Knowledge of Visual Analytics and QA Reporting
• Strong written and verbal communications skills in German and English
• Willing to work in an agile environment (Scrum) and having an agile engineering mindset
• TOSCA Testsuite knowledge is an advantage

*Valid Work Permit / Work Permit Eligible

The salary payment for a full-time equivalent amounts to the minimum basic salary of at least EUR 3.392 gross, according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement - "Kollektivvertrag". (Overpayment is possible with the right qualifications.) The position is full time and anticipated to be 38,5 hours per week.
