CLA is currently seeking a Digital Project/Consulting Manager - Sage Intacct - to join our growing CLA Digital Team. This role oversees and owns the development of project proposals that address goals, timeframes, methodology, and staffing requirements for projects within the Digital service while managing project risks and ensuring project quality.

Essential Job Functions

Project Management: Develop plans that support the firm’s digital initiatives and ensure that all projects are delivered on budget, within scope, and on schedule. Direct and manage the overall work efforts of project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks. Coordinate and track all issues and risks on a consistent basis. Monitor and analyze key metrics impacting project progress. Manage project risks and issues, ensuring project quality and adherence to project standards. Serve as a point of escalation to resolve intricate and unforeseen issues that arise during a project implementation.

Relationship Management: Lead and oversee a diverse project team while promoting a team-oriented environment and maintaining strong relationships with the project’s stakeholders, which may include service teams, industry teams, Enterprise Marketing, Learning & Development, and Enterprise Information Technology. Responsible for establishing communication channels to stakeholders, internal and external teams, and third parties by making communication an essential part of all planning and work activities. Work with internal and external teams to ensure concerns are addressed and adequately resolved. Provide timely communication to key project stakeholders. Ensure internal satisfaction and collaboration with Managing Principals (MPs), Principals, Executive Leaders, and vendors. Work in an agile environment and redirect teams based on stakeholder feedback.

Process Improvement/Documentation: Ensure continuous improvement to methodologies by identifying opportunities for improvement that support predictable execution, cost-savings, and efficiencies. Ensure processes are documented for training and execution.

Training/Mentorship: Lead and provide daily guidance and work direction to other members of the Digital Project Management team to ensure successful project direction. May act as a Peer Advisor and/or Career Coach to help other team members grow their inspired careers.

Requirements

Experience

  • 6 years of experience working in project management required.
  • 7 years' preferred
  • Experience with IS&T-oriented projects, such as data integration, dashboard development, or software development preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required. (Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.)

Certifications / Licenses

  • None required.
    • Project Management Institute certification preferred.
