Job Description Summary:You'll join Nadara's Valuation team, the quantitative engine behind the company's investment decisions.

Your primary responsibility will be building and developing project finance models used to value renewable energy projects and portfolios, support acquisitions, assess strategic initiatives and prepare investment cases for Senior Management and the Investment Committee.

Beyond project-level modelling, you'll also contribute to the Group's strategic valuation framework by supporting the development and maintenance of integrated valuation models used to assess the overall business, long-term value creation, strategic initiatives and the Group Business Plan.

This is a highly technical role with direct business impact. The financial models you build will form the foundation of investment decisions involving hundreds of millions of euros.

Job Description:

What you'll do

  • Build robust project finance models from scratch for wind, solar and storage projects
  • Develop debt sizing, debt sculpting, financing waterfalls, covenant modelling, refinancing scenarios and sensitivity analyses
  • Perform DCF and NAV valuations for individual assets and renewable energy portfolios
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Group's strategic valuation model, supporting business planning, portfolio valuation and long-term strategic analysis
  • Prepare investment analyses and business cases for Senior Management and the Investment Committee
  • Support M&A transactions through financial analysis, scenario modelling and valuation workstreams
  • Challenge commercial, technical and financing assumptions to assess project value and risk
  • Continuously improve modelling standards, transparency and analytical quality across the team

What we're looking for

  • 3–5 years of experience in project finance modelling and valuation
  • Experience in renewable energy or infrastructure gained within an IPP, advisory firm, M&A team or transaction services
  • Outstanding Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Ability to build complex project finance models independently from a blank workbook (this is the key requirement)
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and valuation methodologies
  • Excellent analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or another quantitative discipline
  • Professional proficiency in English

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting M&A transactions, financial due diligence and an understanding of transaction documentation
  • Familiarity with electricity markets and renewable energy revenue mechanisms (PPAs, CfDs, merchant exposure, etc.)
  • Experience managing analytical workstreams and coordinating advisors across complex transactions
  • VBA, Power Query or Excel automation skills

Why join us

  • Work on high-profile acquisitions and strategic initiatives with real decision-making impact
  • Build sophisticated project finance models from scratch rather than maintaining existing templates
  • Contribute to the Group's strategic valuation model and long-term business planning
  • Gain direct exposure to Senior Management and the Investment Committee
  • Join one of Europe's leading renewable energy platforms
  • Accelerate your development across valuation, M&A and project finance in a highly technical environment
