About the role

Our Banking and Finance team leads the market in debt capital markets, project finance, financial markets regulation, and corporate and acquisition finance. We advise on large bank funding work; term securitisations; sustainability-linked and proceeds-based green borrowing; and our project finance team advises on key national infrastructure projects.

Russell McVeagh is looking to grow our Project Finance offering led by market leaders Bevan Peachey and Tom Hunt. We are looking for an intermediate lawyer who is enthusiastic about working on large-scale project finance matters.  You will have the opportunity to work across infrastructure projects, renewable energy projects, construction projects, property finance work and a broad range of corporate finance matters.

  • A legal qualification with 4 years’ experience in Banking and Finance law.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and think critically.
